How did you do? Can you imagine having carpet in your bathroom? I have had clients tell me that in some of their first homes they had pink and green carpet in the bathroom! Besides it being a design faux-pas, placing carpet in an area that is often wet promotes bacteria and mold growth. We prefer to use natural stone for a classic look, or porcelain tile for something fun. A rug runner is a great option to add some pattern and warmth.
